Internet Explorer 6 and 7 (Windows)

  1. From the menu, select Tools -> Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Security tab.
  3. Click on the topmost globe labeled Internet.
  4. If you see a slider, move it to Medium.
  5. If there was no slider, click Custom Level, select Medium from the drop-down list, and click Reset.
  6. Click Yes and/or OK to get the windows to disappear.

You may also need to change the setting in the Privacy tab.

  1. From the menu, select Tools -> Internet Options.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. If you see a slider, move it to Medium.
  4. If there is no slider, click Default and move the slider to Medium.
  5. Click OK.

You may also need to change a setting in your Control Panel.

  1. Open the Start menu, and select Control Panel or Settings and Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
  3. Select the Privacy tab.
  4. Under Settings, click the Advanced button.
  5. Check the box to Override automatic cookie handlingunder the Cookies section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
  6. Under First-party Cookies, select Accept.
  7. Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept.
  8. Check the box to Always allow session cookies.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click OK again to exit.

Firefox (Windows)

  1. From the menu, select Tools -> Options.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. Select the Accept Cookies from sites check box.
  4. Click OK.

Firefox (Mac)

  1. From the menu, select Tools -> Options.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. Select the Accept Cookies from sites check box.
  4. Click OK.

Safari (Mac)

  1. From the menu, select Safari -> Preferences.
  2. Click on the Security tab.
  3. Under Allow cookies, select Only from sites I navigate to.
  4. Click OK.
