Kapitel 3 - Höchste Zeit, daß... Separable Prefix Verbs in Dependent Clauses (CMR)

In the first sentence, you see the typical form of the conjugated separable prefix verb: V1 is the 'verb' part, and V2, the last position, is the prefix. In the dependent clause, however, V1 is flipped to the end, FOLLOWING V2. This has the effect of putting the prefix back in front of the verb. Fill in the blank, remembering that the verb still must agree with the subject!
