INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN ART CLUB

We have a mural for Mrs. Carrillo to do this year, and on short meetings, we will do some one-day projects that we can display at band concerts and in the library. We will be working with the tech team to get pictures posted on the school site and well as Mrs. Young’s quia site.

Our first meeting will be Wednesday, September 12, 2007 2:40-4:00. As always, the club is open to new members at anytime. During the Volleyball and Track season, we will have limited meetings but after October 13, 2007, we will meet every Monday and Wednesday 2:45 to 4:00pm.between seasons.

I believe that joining clubs is a privilege; therefore, the same extra-curricular requirements are enforced. I will be checking grade status and if their grade slip below C-(70%), they will be sent to homework club until grade has been, brought back up. Horseplay is considered unacceptable and will be ask not to return. I do not expect to have any of these problems.
