Subject: 	Algebra This Week (12/20)

Dear Algebra Parents:

We are finishing our unit on absolute value today. The students will
 have a take home test tonight that is due tomorrow. There will be a
 10% per day penalty for any late tests. The test is open book and open
 notes, but the students should not receive or give help. We'll spend
 the next few days before the break reviewing some basics of fractions.
 When we get back from break we will start a unit on  systems of
 equations.
