Play Procedures Guessing the Answer You can guess a hidden word or phrase in two ways: Click a letter in the alphabet table to see if it appears in the word or phrase. If the letter is a part of the word or phrase, the page will automatically refresh and the hidden letter will appear. If the letter is not part of the word or phrase, the page will automatically refresh and a part of the hangman will appear. Type the entire answer in the text box provided and click Guess the answer. Your answer must exactly match the hidden word or phrase. If your guess is correct, the hidden word or phrase will appear. If your answer is wrong, the page will automatically refresh and a part of the hangman will appear. Repeat these procedures until you guess the entire hidden word or phrase or until you run out of attempts. You run out of attempts when the entire hangman appears. Click Next puzzle to go to the next hidden word or phrase. Once you have guessed the last hidden word or phrase, click Results to display your overall score. Hints Hints may be provided for the hidden words or phrases. If hints are provided, they will be displayed under the hidden word or phrase. Progress Your progress through the Hangman activity is tracked by the Progress bar at the left of the screen. For every hidden word or phrase you try to guess, the bar moves closer to 100%. Winning the Activity You win Hangman when you guess all of the hidden words or phrases correctly and earn a score of 100%!
