Students taking Russian Level 1 at Merrillville High School are expected to be thoroughly conversant with the following questions. They must be able to both ask and answer all the questions from a list given them during the first semester within 90 seconds or less. The test will be given in March and April of 2005.

The following (Part 1) exercises are designed to assist the students in becoming familiar with what the Russian words and sentences mean in English.

Part 2 will emphasize properly responding to Russian questions with the correct Russian answers.
