| Dramatic Foil | constrating of 1 character to another |
| Onomatopoeia | using sounds as words to imitate sounds |
| Hyperbole | type of figurative language, which has to do with extreme extageration |
| Mood | time, place, and feeling- feeling in the reader; created by the setting |
| Iambic pentameter | poetic meter- 5 sets of iam's, which is a combonation of stressed and instressed syllables, that ends in an end rhyme |
