What is muscle endurance?The ability of a muscle to sustain an activity for a period of time.
What is muscle strength?The ability of a muscle to produce a force against a resistance.
What are the participation skills?Self positive, self constructive, other positive, other constructive.
What is self positive?Describe what you did that was a positive example of one of the participation skills
