Play this game to help you to learn some of the most frequently used past participles of irregular verbs. Note that the past participles end with -en (e.g. fahren - gefahren) and there is often a vowel change as well e.g. schwimmen - geschwommen. As with regular (weak) verbs, the 'ge' goes in the middle of separable verbs e.g. angekommen. The past participle of inseparable verbs (e.g. beginning with ver-, be-, unter-, er-, ge-) are formed without 'ge'. These examples have all been written in the singular form.
