Qualifications: any Voorhees student, regardless of language choice, may join the Latin Club.

Cost: each activity has a listed price to cover expenses. Please pay at least 2 days in advance to reserve your spot

Latin Credit – as a reward for participation, Latin students will receive:
• Latin I and II – one homework pass per event attended
• Latin III – one paradigm quiz exemption per two events attended
• Latin IV and V – two extra test points per event attended

1st Quarter Activities
September (2:30-4:00) City of Rome Mural – help trace and color the Roman cityscape to decorate our classroom, $3 for art supplies
September (2:30-5:00) Gladiator Movie – parent permission needed if under 18, $3 for snacks
October (2:30-4:00) Mt. Vesuvius – bring supplies to create your own exploding volcano to be erupted at next meeting, no cost
October (2:30-4:00) Lemuria in October – celebrate Roman day of the dead with monster-related crafts, $5 for supplies and snacks
