About Mr. McGeorge
My career as a Speech Pathologist began at Sevick Educational Center in the Cajon Valley Union School District.  Sevick Center served students with severe disabilities, most of whom had serious trouble with their speech and language.  Some students didn’t have any ability to talk, or communicate at all.  It was a challenging and rewarding assignment I enjoyed for several years.

Anza, Meridian, and Chase elementary schools, and Emerald middle school were also assignments where I had an opportunity to serve students from a number of regular education classes as well.

Working with middle school students was so enjoyable, when the opportunity came along to open a business education class at Emerald I jumped at the chance. I wanted to put my past business experience to work helping students learn things which would help them become successful in business and in life.  It ended up being one of the most successful, award-winning programs of its kind in the country.  Business education was so important for students to learn, and so much fun to participate in, it was the most requested elective class at the school.

For the last several years I have been working again in Speech Pathology at Cajon Valley Middle School and Greenfield Middle School. It is terrific to be working with middle school students again helping them improve their speech and language skills.
