Sociology: Theory & Methods: Report Assignment

Produce 6 research summaries of sociological studies recognising a variety of different methods and give examples of their use. The studies must include at least four of the following methodologies participant observation, questionnaires, interviews or secondary data.

In this you must include the following factors:

·     Whether the study is quantitative or qualitative?

·     The study, title, description of the study and how they employed this type of research

·     What type of theoretical perspective they are applying e.g. functionalist

·     Whether it is an interpretative or positive study

·     A bibliography
