Hello friends of Guinea and fellow Guineans,
We believe that, after 26 years of Sékou Touré’s dictatorship and 23 years of Lansana Conté’s repression, our people’s tears of poverty, illiteracy, corruption, corporal coercion, tyranny and regionalism have turned into a patriotic & mighty stream of democracy. This powerful water force is mixed up with the blood of all those who have either arbitrary vanished into the political abyss or mercilessly killed to feed the monster of dictatorship. However, this river, swollen by the patriotic bravery of young blood, is about to flow and water all the villages, districts, cities and regions of our nation so as to produce educational, industrial, humanistic, scientific and anti-regionalist crops of democracy. This is the time to honor those who have died and morally defied all the evil forces that have carried those brave men and women into the soundless premature graveyards. Therefore, now is the time to rally behind the political leaders, who should understand the stakes, by being proactive in a constructive debate. Let’s be fair with those who have paid the price for us not to make the same mistakes. Please go to Guinea Forum, and give your comments in the debate. Then, participate in the survey.
