Welcome to Quia! This site will help you to review for tests and quizzes. There may also be other opportunities to use it throughout the year. The FITT test is May 28 and 29. The test will include multiple choice, true/false, and matching questions as well as a target heart rate application question. If you need an extra study guide. please see a teacher.
