This activity is meant to be a challenge. It is for those of you who want to go “above and beyond.” It is for students who enjoy learning and want to push themselves to learn. It is simple to participate in this activity.

All you have to do is choose one of the topic challenges and learn the answer to the challenge. You will need to tell me the answer to the question at a designated free time or at recess. You will not be able to read the answers off of a paper or write it down at home and hand it in.
If you make a mistake while sharing the information, just come back when you think you are ready to try again.
There are some websites listed to help in your research, but I would encourage you to also use more traditional references sources such as an atlas, encyclopedia, dictionary, textbooks, etc.
