Reading Comprehension: "Schoolyard Garden". All students should be reading in their biographies and taking notes to be used as facts. Fact sheets are due right after Feb. vacation. Also I would suggest purchasing the 3-sided board as soon as possible to ensure you have one.

Reading comprehsion complete "Keeping the Light"
Memorize the verbs to be "am, is, are, was, were, be, being, been." Make sure you know them. Also study finding verbs in a sentence.
There isn't a limit to number of books read. Students have to take two AR quizzes between now and June 18th. One of the books will be read in class.
Quarter 4 vocabulary quizzes are planned for-
