Give up the body! We'll be continuing our total fitness work over the next 2 months. We are working towards a personal goal of an overall 10% improvement in all fitness areas. This means that your resting pulse should decrease by 10% (if it's now 80 bpm, your target is 72 bpm). If you are currently able to complete 20 crunches in 30 seconds, your target is 33. We will "engage the core" every class, then move to a 15 minute weight training regimin, followed by 45 minutes of "recess". Please come see me if you're concerned about any aspect of this plan.
