READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE TAKING A QUIZ!
The Truman Award nominated books are geared towards students in grades 6-8. However, a 5th grader may read them and vote for their favorite as well.
In order to vote for your favorite Truman Award nominated book, you must read at least 4 of the 2009-2010 titles nominated.
In order to attend the Mark Twain and Truman Award Picnic, you must pass at least 7 of this year's book award quizzes. You may take the Mark Twain quizzes or the Truman quizzes or both.
In order to get credit for reading a book, you must get 7 out of 10 correct on the quiz for that book.
You may take each quiz only 2 times, so only take a quiz about a book that is fresh in your mind! (Don't try to take a quiz about a book that you read last year.)
When you begin the quiz
-Type in your first name
-Type in your last name with your homeroom teacher's name in parenthesis.
Example: Jane Smith (Albright)
You will not receive credit if you do not type in your name and homeroom teacher's name correctly. If you forget, please come and speak to me.
