Floor Plan Requirements:
1. 1900 square foot minimum.
2. 2400 square foot maximum.
3. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom minimum.
You must have the following rooms.
4. Kitchen with room for a kitchen table.
5. Pantry
6. Dining Room
7. Living Room
8. Foyer (6' X 5' maximum)
9. Entry Closet
10. Washer/Dryer Room (seperate from garage)
11. Front and Back Door (3'wide minimum)
12. Garage that is attached to the house.(minimum of 24' X 24' not counted in square footage)
Other Requirements:
1. No 1 hallway over 15' long.
2. All hallways combined may not total more than 20' in length.
3. Minimum width of hallways is 4'.
4. Minimum width of any door leading into a room is 2'-6".
5. All doors must have at least 6" of wall space on either side.
6. All doors must open onto an adjacent wall.
7. All bedrooms must have a closet. Childs bedroom closet must be at least 3' X 5'. Master Closet must be at least 100 square feet.
8. The house must be one level (no split level or multiple storey houses.)
9. The house may not be circular or a geodesic dome.
10. The house must not be just a rectangle.
