Welcome back! Remember as second year returning seniors (in most cases) I expect for you-
* To have a great work ethic- use your time in here to become a better artist. Push yourself to take on large or complex assignment.
* To be prepared everyday. If it is your day to be in the studio, then have your idea and props ready.
* To be considerate to me and your classmates. There are 23 people in this class and it can get disruptive easily. Strive to keep a quite class atmosphere. Do not demand excessive attention from the instructor.
* To be expressive. You are artists so it is your job to express yourself through the images you present.
* To have great workmanship. Don't rush your work and make sure that what you present for critique is worthy of your instructors' and classmates' time
* To be prepared to defend your artistic decisions using art vocabulary and critical thinking during art critiques
* To be involved in the class critiques or any group discussions
* To be courteous to me when I am speaking by refraining from idol chatter.
* To have fun, life is a gift so enjoy it. If you are in a bad mood keep it to yourself
* To try to impress me
