INSTRUCTIONS

1. Register -- First, EMAIL US THAT YOU WISH TO BE INVOLVED IN THE TRIVIA QUIZ. Simply send us an email here. In on the subject line and int the body, simply say "ENROLL TRIVIA" and give your FIRST NAME and LAST NAME as you will give them for each quiz you take. You will not need to do this for each quiz. But if you do not register before taking the quizzes, your results cannot be tallied.

2. Take the quizzes available -- Please take each quiz only once. Just click on the quiz of your choice below and follow the online instructions. On the first page, the name of the quiz will be filled in automatically. Just click "Next." On the second page, please fill in your First and Last names, and click "Next" When the quiz comes up, select the answers of your choice, then submit. And don't forget to come back to this page each month, as the quizze will be changing monthly to give you a total of 5 opportunities to be entered in the drawings for the prizes.

Answers can be found in the BCD lobby display, the college catalogue, the online Dental Record, throughout the dental school building and in the Centennial history book, Baylor College of Dentistry: The First 100 Years, available for sale online or for loan in the dental school library and most departments.

Faculty, staff, students and alumni are eligible to play! Need not be present at the picnic to win.
