Dear Parents/Guardians,

 The dress rehearsals for the Bedwell choirs will be on Monday, May 19, at 8AM in the gym.  Both the 3^rd and 4^th grade choirs will meet that day.       

Our concert will be held on Tuesday, May 20^th in the BHS Performing Arts Center at 7:00 p.m.  The choir students are to arrive at 6:40 PM and report directly to the performing arts center.  If a student is in an instrumental ensemble, they should go to their instrumental teacher at the time assigned and then report to the PAC for chorus lineup at 6:40.

            Students are asked to dress appropriately on the night of the concert.  Black bottoms and white tops.  Boys are asked to wear dress pants, dress shirt, tie and shoes.  Girls are asked to wear a dress or skirt/pants with a blouse and shoes.  No jeans, tee shirts or sneakers please.   If these garments are not in your wardrobe, do not buy new clothes (unless you want to do so).   Please make the appropriate substitutions.  As explained to the students in class, they may substitute a dark color (gray, blue, brown, green) on the bottom, a light color (cream, beige, eggshell, off-white) on the top, boots or black sneakers if necessary. 

 This concert will be the final time our groups get together. Look for 2008-2009 music sign-up forms soon!

             Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support of our music program.  Your encouragement to continue practicing and enjoy music at home has greatly helped our program successfully grow over the years.
