Dear Parents,
Many awards were given to the children today. The following is a list of awards and children.
*During the school year (December-May) the children read a total of 2421 library books. Our monthly totals were:
December- 314 books March- 348 books
January- 489 books April- 312 books
February- 402 books May- 556 books!!
All children received a certificate listing their year total and a free book. These children also received a special reading trophy or ribbon:

**These children also reached their goal of 31 books during May. They received their Baskin Robbins coupons. They are: Fynn (31 books), Abbey (33 books), Jordan (42 books), Elizabeth (46 books), Kayla (39 books), Peyton (56 books), Brayden (32 books), Dylan (31 books), Emily (31 books), Jessica (31 books), Sam (36 books), Samantha (33 books), Anna (62 books).
***School attendance is very important for learning .Three children had perfect attendance this year: Jessica, Jordan and Anna. These children had 5 or less absences: Fynn, Abbey, Elizabeth, Lillyann, Donovan, Cole, Dylan, and Samantha,
****Out of the 40 Sunday church services, these children attended at least 75% (30) of the services: Fynn, Abbey, Grant, Elizabeth, Lillyann, Donovan, Kayla, Peyton, Dylan, Sam, and Anna.
*****All children received their Field Day ribbons.
******All children also received:
A glow-in-the-dark cross
A booklet of math papers that can be
worked on, a list of all spelling words we have
studied (plus a few extras) and the words from
our Trophies books. These papers are sent
for parents who want to review over the summer!
On Wednesday, the children also brought home their WRITE ONE book and their Journal.
