It is so hard to believe that this is our last full week of school! I am going to miss your children next year! It has been my pleasure teaching them! Here are some important things and dates for you to remember:

• Tuesday, June 9: Field Day!
Please make sure that your child dresses comfortably on field day. Your child should wear tennis shoes and bring a change of clothes in case he/she gets really wet while participating in the water activities on field day! Also, please make sure that your child wears sunscreen. Hats, sunglasses, and towels are allowed, but please remind your child that it is his/her responsibility to keep up with these items throughout the day. Boys are allowed to wear their swim trunks. Girls are allowed to wear one piece bathing suits under their clothing. (Their shirts are not allowed to come off.)

• Wednesday, June 10: End of the Year Party!
Our party will begin at 2:30 p.m. We would love to have you join us as we celebrate! Also, please feel free to send in snacks for the class on this day.

• Thursday, June 11: SCA Speeches and Elections

• Thursday, June 11: Family Life Education
I still have not received all of the permission slips back for Family Life Class. Please remember to send this slip in on Monday to let me know if you do or do not give your child permission to participate in this class.

* Friday, June 12: Early Dismissal at 1:00 p.m.

• Monday, June 15: Early Dismissal at 1:00 p.m.

• Tuesday, June 16: Early Dismissal at 1:00 p.m. Last Day of School!
