You must return the signed Student Agreement form to your Home Room teacher AND get a passing score (80% or better) to receive your password. If you have completed both, then
students in Grades 5 & 6 see Ms.Wells, Rm. 229,
students in Grades 7 & 8 see Mr.Oosterveld, Rm. 226,
to get your password.
You may take the test more than once to get a passing score.
