Attention Parents! The Fall Intramural Program will begin the week of September 29, 2009 and will last until mid-November. Our faculty has worked hard to develop and offer a range of activities for students; we are hoping to have widespread participation from our community. Students may enroll in as many programs as they choose, but some programs may have an enrollment limit (in those cases, students will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis). All activities this season will run from 2:15-3:15. Fees are determined at the rate of $6 per hour.
Students must return the permission slip/indemnity form attached to the Fall Intramural packet distributed at school. If he or she needs another copy, it may be found outside Room 203 or in the Main Office. Please return program selections, both sides of the permission slip, and a check payable to “Blake Middle School” to your child’s advisory teacher as soon as possible, and no later than Tuesday, September 29. Unless he or she is notified, your child should assume that he or she is in the program(s) selected. If this fee presents a financial hardship, please contact Mr. Parga at (508) 359-2396.
