1) Here are your question words and how to gesture them. Write this in your NOTES section of your notebook or print it out. Qu’est-ce que ?: What? (Pretend you are writing a list of things on the palm of your hand)
Qui?= Who? Make a circle around your mouth which is the shape of your mouth when you say Who in English
Quand?= When? Tap your watch
Comment? = How ? Raise your right palm and pretend to be an Indian
Pourquoi? = Why? Lift up your arms and hands in wonder and disbelief
Où ? = Where? Shield your eyes and look searchingly
Combien de? = How much/how many? Count on the fingers of one hand with your other hand

Le cheval va à la maison de la fille et le garçon entre dans la maison. Il éteint la lumière. La maison est obscure. Il y a un canard sur la table.
