March is the month in which we will go on our first field trip. We've enjoyed speakers from NASA, The Jamestown Foundation, and a motivational speaker. Now it's time for us to travel to the Virginia Living Museum at the start of our study of animals in Science. Please be sure you return the permission slip and chaperone note. Let's hope for a beautiful weather day! The students will take the last Math division benchmark test at the end of this month. It will cover fractions, decimals, and material from the previous quarters. Please encourage them to ask their teacher for help if they do not understand any concept. They will need to review the material as noted in the agenda to prepare for the test.

Please be sure to sign the work folders (bulldog folders) every Wednesday night and return them on Thursdays.

The VA History SOL camp remediation starts on Friday, March 6. The Reading and Math SOL camps begin on March 23. Students need to be in the classrooms and ready to begin on their assigned days at 8:00 am. Thanks for your help!
