 
Dear Parents,
What an incredible Halloween Carnival...I want to thank all our parents who donated so much of their time working and supporting our school. St. Mel school is so blessed to have such dedicated parents. This Friday the children will be allowed to wear their halloween costumes to school. Please no masks.wigs or weapons are allowed. I would encourage the children to wear their school uniform shoes, since they will have recess on the blacktop, and I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt.
First grade 1-M will have their first social studies test on Monday, and 1-N will have theirs on Thursday. Thank you for helping our class stay in contention for the pizza party from the library. We have 3 classes with the same number of late returns...1...!!!!!
I would like to ask that the children bring in two pairs of pantyhose, for a pumpkin project. No childrens sizes. Please be careful choosing ultra sheer, they run very easily, and prove difficult to use. Save any of your unused halloween candy for our gingerbread house building in December.
