THE BEST PART IS IN THE MIDDLE!!!!!
Hopefully you are the one in the middle with the umbrella. Mornings are cold and it is essential that you dress for it. Next on the AGENDA, (You are keeping up with your agenda aren't you?) I shall be taking you on a lovely holiday with the Spelling Bee. December 16th we will know the school's fairest and finest spellers.
At this moment in time let's talk AR. Accelerated Reader. I hope you are reading your 30-45 minutes in class and a 1 hour at night. Remember that this quarter has a total of 41 days and we are already into week 7. No pressure!! You should read what you like, but make sure that you emphasize quality over quantity.

THE TEST is a pre-requisite for admission to freshman Advanced English class at both schools. Students may attend either the session at Marana High School or the session at Mountain View High School regardless of which school they will be attending next fall. (Students who attended the first session at MHS will NOT be admitted to the second session at MVHS!)
***Students will need to be on time to registration-extra time will not be given to tardy students! Students may leave if they finish the exam early.
***Remind students that they are required to bring their current student ID as well as a pencil with an eraser since these items will NOT be provided. Students without their ID will be sent home!

I believe that you have found the second quarter to be the fastest quarter of the year. Assignments have come at you quickly so stay on top of your game. You wouldn't want to get blown away when the new year comes!
