Year 9
Please try these learning activities either for revision for for learning for the first time. Most of the activities are related to the Ca Alors! textbooks that you are using in class. Don't forget you may have to click on the refresh tool if the game won't load to begin with. You should find Quelle Numero? and Salut, bonjour, bonsoir quite useful.

Year 10

Practise your verbs with the avoir and etre game in the weblinks and there is also some practise for regular -er verbs in the weblinks too. I have added some games in the weblinks for families and also for parts of the body - some of these will extend your vocabulary and some will reinforce what you have learned in class - don't forget you can print a vocab list by clicking on the "terms for the acitivity".

If you are having trouble remembering some of your vocab from last year, go back and play some of the easier games - they should jog your memory. A game for days and months has been added in the weblink section.

Year 11

You may also find the verb games in the weblinks very useful, and the animals game will refresh your memory from last year as well as add some new vocab for you.

Clicking on 'Quia Directory' at the bottom of the screen will enable all of you to search for other games in French and also in your other subject areas. Not all the games are created by New Zealand teachers but that should not stop you from playing them.
