Information and Resources for Food on the 15th:

This is our Service Learning Project that all sixth grade students must participate in to earn credit for Maryland High School Graduation. Maryland allows students to participate in approved Middle School programs such as Food on the 15th in order to complete this requirement before entering High School. Before graduating High School, students must complete an approved 75 hours of community service to fulfill this requirement. The moral: Encourage your child to participate heartily now while their teachers give them guidance and make it fun instead of waiting until later.

Outdoor Education Field Trip

This event is the most amazing field trip ever offered to middle school students. Every year students returning from High School reminisce with their teachers about just how much fun they had on this outdoor adventure with their friends, parents, and teachers. Outdoor Ed. is the last three days just before Memorial Day: May 21, 22, and 23. There will be a super-important meeting for the many parent chaperones the evening of May 6, at 7 pm.
