You MUST use uppercase letters where they are in the password, otherwise, it will not work.
Then go to lesson one, called Properties of Real Numbers, and do the Communitive, Associative, and Distributive properties AND the quizzes. Watch the lessons even if you KNOW what these properties are! Have fun..
