There are over 3,100 counties in the United States. By creating an average of 10 Constitutional Grand Juries in each we would have 31,000 community based Grand Juries. With 25 Grand Jurors on each we would have over 750,000 Grand Jurors.
We need to focus on establishing a local Grand Jury in the Community where we live. Once we have 25 Grand Jurors, we need to collect testimonies of people in our communities that have been the victims of unconstitutional activities on the part of locally elected officials as well as the abuse of power by city and county employees.
