Cricket by week is a special rate plan that provides: 1.An alternative service plan to customers wanting or needing a weekly pricing option. -Useful for customers with sporadic income -New option for retention agents to help reduce churn 2.Special Pricing. -$18 (plus sales tax) for seven days of unlimited service -All Flex Bucket funds transfer with the customer -No hotline or migration fees for customers moving from Cricket to CBW -Customer can keep their Cricket MDN and unlimited Cricket service 3.Service works with the customer’s existing Cricket handset Customers will have access to these included features: -Unlimited Local Calling -Unlimited Domestic Long Distance -Unlimited Text Messaging -Unlimited Picture Messaging* -Call Waiting -Caller ID -Voicemail -3 Way Calling *With a Picture Messaging capable handset Customers will have access to these optional features as well (accessed with flex bucket funds): -Nationwide Roaming Rated at $.39/minute -International Long Distance (ILD) At standard Cricket ILD rates -Cricket Clicks Downloads WAP downloads via the Mobile Web storefront will not be available $5 BREW activation fee -Directory Assistance calls Rated at $1.00 per call -$5 CAN/MEX ILD Card Good for 7 days $.05 for calls to CAN or MEX landline $.20 to MEX mobile New Activation Details -Cricket by Week will be listed as Customer Type 60 -Activations must occur in CID -Customer is required to pay for at least one 7 day service agreement upfront to begin service New Customer Activation Details -CBW activations are not eligible for the traditional Cricket first month free with new ESN activation promotion -CBW customers will be required to provide the same level of personal information as required during a traditional Cricket activation -CBW will be limited to one subscriber per account Existing Customers Transferring to Cricket By Week -No activation or migration fee to migrate to Cricket By Week from traditional Cricket -Any existing account balance will not be owed by the customer moving to Cricket by Week, including past due balances and hotline fees -Any positive Flex Bucket balance moves with the customer Migration to and from Cricket by Week Cricket By Week Customers Transferring to Cricket Service -Customers who migrate from Cricket by Week to traditional Cricket will be charged a $15 fee and the first month of service (pro-ration applies) -Previous account balance will not be owed -Customers who move any number of lines from a traditional Cricket multi-line account onto separate Cricket by Week accounts will not be migrated back to the original traditional Cricket account. This means they will not be automatically eligible for the Multi-line Discount. Paying for Cricket By Week -Customers must pay in 7 day increments. For example a customer can pay for 7 or 14 days of service, but not for 10 days of service. -Payments must be made in $18 increments (plus sales tax) Example: 14 days of service would be $36 (plus sales tax) -Payments made in excess of the normal amount at APL kiosks will automatically add the remaining funds to the customer’s Flex Bucket (NOTE: this is only for Cricket by Week payments) -Payment Locations and Options Full Service Cricket Stores Cash, credit, debit Dealers (including payment kiosks) Cash -Customers will able to pay for Cricket By Week service at ACE locations but not activate service 1-800-CRICKET/*611(live agent) Credit, Debit, ACH MyCricket.com Credit, Debit *PAY Credit, Debit ****Cricket Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for Cricket By Week service**** Account Maintenance -Suspensions At the end of the customer’s last paid 7 day segment: Incoming/Outgoing calls will be suspended Incoming/outgoing SMS/MMS messages will be suspended Cricket Clicks downloads will not be available Suspended customers who attempt an outbound call will be transferred to *PAY and given the option to purchase additional 7-day CBW segments to their account Suspensions -Customers who have purchased the 7-day CAN/MEX card will not be able to make ILD calls while in a suspended status -The 7-day ILD card expiration is independent from the CBW 7-day expiration Suspensions and Cancellation -Suspended customers must pay for a minimum of 7 days of usage before service will be reinstated -No hotline fees will be assessed to the customer ****Accounts will be canceled 30 days from the day of the suspension****
