Welcome to the Federal Employee Program (FEP) department of The Regence Group. If you’re like most new employees, you are probably wondering what to expect and what is expected of you.

Each new employee has an obligation to themselves to make this new job as meaningful and productive as possible. Just as your supervisor and trainer must take the time to guide and counsel each new employee, you also must speak up if you feel something may have been overlooked, or you sense you are moving in the wrong direction. Value yourself and your opinions - we do. The newest employees can often make the most valuable contributions.

We have a superior Federal Employee Program operation. It can be better, but no organization can build or grow without the best efforts of each and every member of the team. Every person in the department should strive toward the common goal of administering the contract in a high quality and cost effective manner. Doing our job well, while making a worthwhile contribution to our community is our goal as a company and individually.

This training manual has been developed to provide you with a basic understanding of our department, as well as highlight our procedures and guidelines. Help us improve it by providing constructive input when evaluating the program.
