October has been a very busy month so far. Please check the calendar link to see more upcoming events.
Parent Teacher Conferences are coming soon. Your child should have already brought home a note from their reading teacher about suggested times. Conferences will be set with the reading teachers only. There will be built in times for drop-in conferences with homeroom and math teachers.
HOMEROOM - Our class has been doing research on United States Symbols. We will put our research into Power Point presentations. Don't know what a Power Point is? You will be invited to come find out when we are finished with this project.
We will soon be involved in an internet exchange project with a 4th grade class from Yorktown, New York. Yorktown is 40 minutes away from the Ground Zero tragedy of September 11th. Hopefully, we will all learn alot from this experience.
