Shannon, here are the PowerPoints (parts I & II). You will notice that they have "CheckPoint" questions throughout. This tests the students knowledge as you go. I generally don't allow they to take notes during these presentations. Instead I tell them they will have to practice "active listening". They fill this out as they go and turn it in as a test grade. Of course you'll want to tweak these to suite your needs. Call if you have any questions.
