Welcome to Desktop Publishing!
Today we will start our journey through the exciting world of publishing and design.
By the time you view this, you should have already:
1) Created a folder in your student folder for your work in this class. This means that we have discussed file management.
2) Analyzed your first sample document for the purpose of communication, target audience, form, and anticipated action.
Now it is time to complete some activities:
1) Create a name badge for your computer.
2) Complete Chapter 2 exercises 1 and 2. These should be saved in your Desktop Publishing folder in the Chapter 2 folder.
