Assignment: Create the following bridges with the WestPoint Bridge Design Program
1. Pratt Deck Truss
2. Warren Through Truss
3. Continuous Arch
4. Howe Through Truss with High Pier
5. Warren Deck Truss with Low Pier
6. Suspension Bridge
7. Cable Stayed Bridge
Make sure to save all your designs to your H-drive.
Final copies of each bridge will be collected when assignment is due.
All teams must submit at least one bridge (to national competition). Points earned depends on bridge's success compared to national average. (see assignment sheet)
Extra Points earned: The top 15 Medfield Bridges submitted to the Local Contest will earn extra credit points on final grade.
