Bonjour! I have added a few activities regarding direct objects and object pronouns and the passé composé which we practised in class during the week.

Remember: You ONLY agree the past participle if it relates to a PRECEDING DIRECT OBJECT, that means either a direct object which is linked to the verb with "que" OR a direct object pronoun like me/te/le/le/nous/vous/les.

As discussed in class today, here is a short summary of the rules governing preceding objects and those which can not precede a verb.
1. Direct objects: No preposition -> me,te,le,la,nous,vous,les ALWAYS goes before the verb.
2. Indirect objects: preposition à: - with things and places this will change to y
                                                 - with people this will change to a preceding indirect object (me/te/lui/nous/vous/leur) UNLESS it is one of the following verbs:
s'intéresser à + person = to be interested in + person
songer à + person = to think of + person
penser à + person = to think of + person
rêver à + person = to dream of + person
s'habituer à + person= to get used to + person
faire attention à + person = to pay attention to + person
croire à + person = to believe in + person
être à + person = to belong to + person
In the case of these verbs we use the DISJUNCTIVE PRONOUNS ( moi, toi,lui,elle,soi=for on, nous, vous, eux, elles) at the end of a sentence after the preposition.
3. Indirect objects: preposition de:- with things we use en
                                                  - with people we use the DISJUNCTIVE PRONOUN as above
