III. Course Description:
This course will feature authentic assessment of a variety of hands-on, technology-based projects, the knowledge of which is essential for all educators. The project activities will revolve around two general themes - (1) those dealing with the professional responsibilities of all educators, and (2) those which could be completed
by students in the classroom. The educational uses of the internet, word processing, drawing, desktop publishing, multimedia and presentation software will be integral parts of this course. By the end of this course, you should feel comfortable, designing, assisting and evaluating technology activities in the classroom.
