WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL--2002-2003
English III includes a study of American literature, a comprehensive grammar review, and an opportunity to write. Students will write paragraphs the first day and take an English ACT test on Friday. The writing will help me to assess writing skills; the test will help students evaluate their skills in writing and grammar. Grammar books will be checked out to each student and should be kept at home for reference and homework assignments. Our first major unit will be Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury.
