Vocabulary workshop ( Test over a unit everything three weeks)Thursdays.
Spelling test weekly. Thursday.
Present Literature unit: Non-fiction short stories
Grammar: Parts of speech: Nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs
Writing: Up-coming, Informative Narrative paper: The student will be taken through all stages of the writing process: Prewrite, Draft, Revision and Final Edition.
Accelerated Students: Assignments related to outside reading and classroom projects will be assigned every six weeks.
