2. Click on Login/Register, and register. Then click Login (for Students).
3. Then study, and when you're ready, take the practice test.
4. Then click on Food Safety 1, Food Safety 2, and Food Poisoning. Read and practice!
If you have extra time:
3. Scroll up to Quia activities and click on Food Safety and Sanitation and Kitchen Safety Flash Cards. Practice, practice, practice!
