Pista #2: Take the time to read the activities offered, some are notes, others are grammar practice activities, yet others are vocabulary games, tests or quizzes, plus there are links to other helpful sites. These activities will change during the year according to what we are learning in class.
Pista #3: If you memorize and learn the vocabulary (yes, spelling too), you've done a great service to your Spanish learning.
You should print the lists if you have lost yours or go to www.phschool.com and access your textbook for each vocabulary list. Yes, your textbook is available online. Know your resources!
