***Students should be reading their A.R. books at least 30 minutes each
night!
Thank you to parents remembering the "change of plans" notes in the planners and folders.
PLEASE Remember to look in the black folders every night for notes and homework. Papers on the left need to be returned to school and graded or checked papers on the right to be left at home. Please sign your child's planner every night. See that he/she has homework completed and has an A.R. book to read.
**Every student needs at least 25 A.R. points each 9 weeks with at least 85% average.
Grading system for elementary school:
A...........93-100
B...........85-92
C...........75-84
D...........70-74
F............50-69
Every night students are to read their A.R. books. The more a child reads the better reader he or she will become! Reading will help your child do well in all subjects.
