Please encourage your child to earn at least 3 points per week in AR. Also, students should read and pass a test over one non-fiction book per week during this grading period.

Encourage your child to study the addition and subtraction facts each night. This really helps them improve their times on their speed tests. See the games and activities below this announcement to help them practice their math facts.
Jump Rope for Heart forms were sent home last week.This will be held Feb. 17.
I sent home a list of first names for students to use when they work on their Valentine's Day cards in the next couple of weeks. We will have a party during the afternoon on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14. It will start at 2:20 P.M.
Students will be out of school on Monday, Feb. 20.
