Each student must submit an "Integrative Chart of My Life." Design a chart on a sheet of paper in the horizontal mode to include the following headings. Then draw lines between each entry and complete in the block. The format is vertical on this class page. However, your entries should be horizonal; not vertical so the chart can be read straight across comparing the activites you were involved in at a certain age. Complete each entry in ten (10) years increments.Start from 0-10; 11-20; 21-30; etc. Contact instructor for further clarification.
