Each week I create lesson plans that cover what I hope and believe we will cover in class that week. Some days we get further than I thought and other days we may spend more time than planned on a topic. Knowing this, please remember that each week's lesson plans listed here may or may not be completely covered and there may be times that we do assignments not listed here. I will try to update this page as needed, but please remember this site does not replace what the kids hear from me in class.
You can count on having Spelling and Math most evenings. If your child has forgotten to write down the homework you can almost always just do the next page in the math workbook. With Spelling each week the homework is the same:
Monday - 5x each
Tuesday - sentences
Wednesday - ABC order & study for test
Thank you for a great year. All of you kids did great. I still can't believe how well you can do long division. Your reading as continued to amaze me! Please continue to work on those math facts and lets see if all of you can meet the 1500 page reading challenge!
Remember each Friday I send home a weekly evaluation that has any missing homework or classwork. This work needs to be completed and turned in on Monday. All evaluations need to be signed and returned, even if your child has a perfect evaluation.
